Troubleshooting
The extension says "RADIQ not running"
Open the RADIQ desktop app, or click Open RADIQ in the extension. The extension connects to it at http://127.0.0.1:3030, so both must be on the same computer.
The toolbar icon shows a red "!"
Pairing has expired or was revoked. Click the RADIQ icon, then Connect, and approve the request in RADIQ again.
"Connection was denied" or "Approval timed out"
Click Connect again, switch to the RADIQ app, and click Allow within two minutes.
Chrome shows "RADIQ Browser Bridge started debugging this browser"
That's expected while RADIQ is running a task in a tab. Chrome shows this bar whenever an extension controls a page. Clicking Cancel stops the current task.
RADIQ can't act on a page
Chrome doesn't let extensions work on chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store, or other extensions' pages. Open the site in a normal tab and try again.
I use a custom RADIQ address
Click the ⚙ in the extension popup, open Manual setup, enter your RADIQ server URL, and click Save & test.
Remove it
Go to chrome://extensions and click Remove on RADIQ Browser Bridge. This deletes its stored pairing token.
Privacy
The extension talks only to the RADIQ app on your computer and never to Radiq's servers. Read the full Browser Bridge privacy policy.
