# What you can ask

Ask your AI the way you'd ask a colleague who saw your screen and sat in your meetings. It decides when to look things up in RADIQ.

## Recaps and time

> What did I get done today? Group it by project.

> How much time did I spend in Slack vs. Figma this week?

> Draft my standup from yesterday: done, next, blockers.

## Meetings and calls

> What did we agree in my last call with Priya? Who owns what?

> Write the follow-up email for this morning's client meeting, quoting the decisions.

> When did I last talk to Acme, and what did I promise them?

## Find what you saw

> Find the pricing page I was looking at on Tuesday afternoon and give me the link.

> What was the error in my terminal about an hour ago?

> Someone sent me an invoice number in Slack yesterday. What was it?

## Prepare

> I'm meeting Daniel in 10 minutes. Brief me on our last conversations and anything I owe him.

> What open loops do I have from this week's meetings?

## Remember things

> Remember that the Q4 launch moved to 12 November.

> What do you remember about the Q4 launch?

## Make it repeat

> Every Friday at 5pm, send me a recap of client meetings and what I promised in them.

## The tools your AI gets

You don't need to name tools; your AI picks them. This list helps if you want to steer it or are approving tool calls.

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `activity-summary` | Apps, windows, time spent and highlights for a period. The starting point for broad questions. |
| `search-content` | Search screen text, audio transcripts, typing and clicks, and memories, filtered by time, app or speaker. |
| `keyword-search` | Fast exact-word search across screen and audio. |
| `list-meetings` · `get-meeting` | Find meetings and read their notes and speaker-labelled transcripts. |
| `frame-context` · `search-elements` | Full detail of one moment on screen: text, links, buttons. |
| `update-memory` | Save, update or delete a memory. |
| `list-pipes` · `create-pipe` · `update-pipe` · `run-pipe` · `pipe-logs` | Create, change, test and debug automations. |
| `send-notification` | Show a notification on your computer. |
| `export-video` | Export a screen recording clip for a time range. |
| `health-check` | Check whether screen and audio capture are working. |

A few more tools manage speakers, meeting details, tags and audio recording. Tools that change something are marked as such, so your AI app can ask before using them.

## Tips for better answers

- **Say when.** "This morning", "last Tuesday", "in my 3pm call" keeps searches fast and precise.
- **Name the app or person** if you know it: "in Chrome", "with Priya".
- **Ask for links.** "Link the moments you used" gives you clickable references that open in RADIQ.
- **Pause when needed.** Turn recording off from the RADIQ menu bar icon for anything you don't want captured.
